BOOKING
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Deposit
To
confirm a booking we require a deposit covering the first nights accommodation
within 7 days after making a booking. Payment can be made via credit
card (visa, mastercard or bankcard) postal note, cheque or direct deposit
(please contact us for bank details).
Payment
Full payment/balance of monies is due and payable on arrival. Payments
accepted by cash, bankcard, mastercard and visa. Personal cheques will
be accepted for payment only if received 10 days in advance of arrival
date.
Cancellation
Reservations cancelled, amended or altered at the commencement or during
occupation do not qualify for any refund unless accommodation can be
rebooked. In the event of non arrival or failure to notify cancellation,
no refund applies unless accommodation is rebooked.
Refunds
Low Season: Deposit will be refunded if notification of cancellation
is received 7 days before scheduled arrival.
Shoulder/Peak Season: Deposit will be refunded if notified of cancellation
at least 30 days prior to scheduled arrival. If notifiied less than
30 days prior to arrival deposit will only be refunded if unit can
be rebooked.
A fee of $20 will be charged to all cancellations to cover administration
costs
Check In/Check Out Times
Check in is after 2 pm and checkout is at 10 am. We will endeavour to
arrange early check in if required for guests, however please remember
that the previous guests have not checked out until 10 am and the units
have to be thoroughly cleaned.
