Booking Terms & Conditions


To confirm a booking we require a deposit covering the first nights accommodation within 7 days after making a booking. Payment can be made via credit card (visa or mastercard) or direct deposit (please contact us for bank details).


Full payment/balance of monies is due and payable on arrival.  Payments accepted by cash, credit card (visa or mastercard).   During peak season the balance owing is due 7 days before arrival.


Reservations cancelled, amended or altered at the commencement or during occupation do not qualify for any refund unless accommodation can be rebooked. In the event of non arrival or failure to notify cancellation, no refund applies unless accommodation is rebooked.


Low Season: Deposit will be refunded if notification of cancellation is received 7 days before scheduled arrival.
Shoulder/Peak Season: Deposit will be refunded if notified of cancellation at least 30 days prior to scheduled arrival. If notifiied less than 30 days prior to arrival deposit will only be refunded if unit can be rebooked.
A fee of $25 will be charged to all cancellations to cover administration costs.

Cancellations made to online bookings may incurr any out of pocket expenses.

Check In / Check Out Times

Check in is after 2 pm and checkout is at 10 am. We will endeavour to arrange early check in if required for guests, however please remember that the previous guests have not checked out until 10 am and the units have to be thoroughly cleaned.
